This movie was HILARIOUS! I never knew where the term "switched on" came from! I use that phrase occasionally. Peter Sellers plays Harold Fein, an uptight attorney who eventually falls for the "groovy" lifestyle once he tastes the Alice B. Toklas recipe for exquisitely mind altering brownies! He tosses aside his old life and conforms into the kindest hippy imagineable. I was laughing and listening a lot to the dialogue of the hippies because it reigns similar to those spiritual practices today! Has the world become HIPPY CRAZY in the name of SPIRITUALITY? Except now there is science to back up the benefits of these practices with respect to health, happiness and overall peaceful feeling! This movie makes me want to see more films from this era and it was completely entertaining! I loved it!
